One of the most potent energetic windows of the year for release, surrender, and deep emotional healing. Pisces is the sign of the mystic, the dreamer, the deep sea. A lunar eclipse here asks us to stop swimming against the current. To release our grip on what we’ve been holding. To let the waters of our own being move through us and carry away what no longer belongs.
And water, as any healer knows, is one of the most powerful conduits for that kind of healing. It moves. It dissolves. It carries things out of the body that the mind alone cannot release.

What to Expect
✨ Opening Water Ceremony
We open the afternoon with a sacred ceremony of release and renewal. Using the element of water as our witness and our guide, we will set clear intention for what we are ready to let go of and what we are ready to welcome in. A tangible, sacred act of surrender to begin our journey together.
✨ Guided Breathwork & Meditation
A gentle, accessible breathwork and meditation journey themed around the healing waters. We’ll use the rhythm of the breath as a current, letting it move through the body, soften what is held, and carry us deeper into a state of openness and flow. No experience necessary. This practice is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
✨ Sound Bath + Energy Healing in Denton, TX
As waves of live sound wash over you, strings, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drone, gong, drums, chimes, and more, intuitive energy healing supports the continued movement of what is ready to be released. Let the vibrations do what water does best: move, dissolve, and restore. This is where the body fully surrenders and the current carries you home.

What to Bring: a yoga mat (or other soft surface to lie on, such as a sleeping bag, mattress topper, or cushion), pillow(s), & blanket – to make yourself comfortable for the entirety of the event.
This venue does not provide mats. Reach out if you need to borrow one.
Parking: This venue has a very limited number of spots in front and behind the building. Allow for extra time to find street parking in case those spots fill up.

Your Guides for Soul-Centered Healing Through Energy, Sound, Breath, and Sacred Ceremony
At Sacred Soul Alchemy, we (Hannah Jay and Thane Isaac) come together to offer deeply intuitive healing experiences rooted in both divine guidance and grounded presence. Our work bridges sound, breath, energy, and spiritual activation to support your awakening, alignment, and embodiment.
Hannah is a certified Oracle Breathwork Facilitator, Light Language Activator®, Energy Healing Practitioner, and Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master who specializes in angelic energy healing, gentle breathwork, and multidimensional transformation. With a grounded and compassionate presence, Hannah offers sacred breathwork, vibroacoustic therapy, light language, energy healing, and shadow integration practices that empower others to anchor more fully into their bodies while expanding their spiritual awareness.
Thane is a professional modern and baroque violinist with over 25 years of global performance experience. Merging classical expertise with spiritual insight, Thane has spent the last decade crafting truly one-of-a-kind sound baths that weave together string instruments, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drones, drums, chimes, and more with channeled frequencies to open portals for deep emotional and energetic healing.
Together, we co-create ceremonial spaces that feel sacred, safe, and expansive – helping you ground into your body while connecting with the divine. Thank you for last night. It was fantastic. I don’t think I have slept like I slept last night when I got home in years. During the event, I had the experience of being in the root system of a tree and traveling through its blood stream. It was so comforting and energizing at once.
I've been to so many sound baths and that was the first one that took me on a journey.
I have never experienced a sound bath and did not expect it to be so powerful. It was healing on multiple levels. I found a new part of myself tonight. I will be back every chance I get, and I will bring friends.

Today's soundbath was incredible.
Prior to beginning, we spoke about the magician card from the major arcana in Tarot. To me, the magician symbolizes having everything you need to execute whatever goal or plan you've been contemplating. The tools, the knowledge, the courage, the truth, etc was all aligning with you and what you seek.
Tonight's theme was about self value and self worth. And Thane mentioned a beautiful quote that spoke on when we bend for the ones around us, we lose pieces of our self, we are no longer of our own.
During this experience, I touched on moments that made me feel unworthy, or undervalue, unappreciative. It brought on moments of where I felt abandoned, or picked last.
Upon exploring these feelings, I realized how much it resonated with the magician card. In the moments I felt abandoned, unworthy, damaged, I had everything. I had me. In all the times I reached out to someone for touch, comfort, grace, forgiveness, love, etc and didn't get it, it was within me all along. It was something I could've given myself. I didn't know at those times, but I certainly do now.
Tonight reminded me of the importance of being connected with myself. It was through learning my self worth that I gained my sovereignty.
