We’ll ease into the evening with a guided meditation designed to soften the mind, open the heart space, and create a container of safety and presence. Through visualization and gentle inner inquiry, you’ll be guided away from the noise of the day and deeper into the body so that when love has something to say, you’re ready to receive it.
✨ Sacred Heart-Opening Practice
At the heart of this evening is a sacred practice of tuning in directly to the frequency of unconditional love. A guided experience that invites you to set aside the critical, doubting voices and connect with what love most wants you to hear. This is heart work, not head work. Come ready to receive.
✨ Sound Bath + Energy Healing in Fort Smith, AR
As waves of sound move through the space — from crystal and Tibetan bowls, strings, chimes, drums, drones, gong, and more — intuitive energy healing supports alignment, integration, and flow. This sound bath experience in Fort Smith gently dissolves what no longer serves, creating space for love, clarity, and deep restoration. This is where the body fully surrenders and the heart opens wide.

What to Bring: a yoga mat (or other soft surface to lie on, such as a sleeping bag or cushion) and any props you’d like – eye mask, pillows, or blanket – to make yourself comfortable for the entirety of the event.
Several mats, bolsters, and blankets will be available on-site.

Your Guides for Soul-Centered Healing Through Energy, Sound, Breath, and Sacred Ceremony
At Sacred Soul Alchemy, we (Hannah Jay and Thane Isaac) come together to offer deeply intuitive healing experiences rooted in both divine guidance and grounded presence. Our work bridges sound, breath, energy, and spiritual activation to support your awakening, alignment, and embodiment.
Hannah is a certified Oracle Breathwork Facilitator, Light Language Activator®, Energy Healing Practitioner, and Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master who specializes in angelic energy healing, gentle breathwork, and multidimensional transformation. With a grounded and compassionate presence, Hannah offers sacred breathwork, vibroacoustic therapy, light language, energy healing, and shadow integration practices that empower others to anchor more fully into their bodies while expanding their spiritual awareness.
Thane is a professional modern and baroque violinist with over 25 years of global performance experience. Merging classical expertise with spiritual insight, Thane has spent the last decade crafting truly one-of-a-kind sound baths that weave together string instruments, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drones, drums, chimes, and more with channeled frequencies to open portals for deep emotional and energetic healing.
Together, we co-create ceremonial spaces that feel sacred, safe, and expansive – helping you ground into your body while connecting with the divine. Hannah and Thane,
Thank you for last night. It was fantastic. I don’t think I have slept like I slept last night when I got home in years. During the event, I had the experience of being in the root system of a tree and traveling through its blood stream. It was so comforting and energizing at once.
I've been to so many sound baths and that was the first one that took me on a journey.
I have never experienced a sound bath and did not expect it to be so powerful. It was healing on multiple levels. I found a new part of myself tonight. I will be back every chance I get, and I will bring friends.
Today's soundbath was incredible.
Prior to beginning, we spoke about the magician card from the major arcana in Tarot. To me, the magician symbolizes having everything you need to execute whatever goal or plan you've been contemplating. The tools, the knowledge, the courage, the truth, etc was all aligning with you and what you seek.
Tonight's theme was about self value and self worth. And Thane mentioned a beautiful quote that spoke on when we bend for the ones around us, we lose pieces of our self, we are no longer of our own.
During this experience, I touched on moments that made me feel unworthy, or undervalue, unappreciative. It brought on moments of where I felt abandoned, or picked last.
Upon exploring these feelings, I realized how much it resonated with the magician card. In the moments I felt abandoned, unworthy, damaged, I had everything. I had me. In all the times I reached out to someone for touch, comfort, grace, forgiveness, love, etc and didn't get it, it was within me all along. It was something I could've given myself. I didn't know at those times, but I certainly do now.
Tonight reminded me of the importance of being connected with myself. It was through learning my self worth that I gained my sovereignty.
